Nice to meet you! I am a trilingual Human Resources professional with more than 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition for several multinational companies.

I studied my career at the Metropolitan Autonomous University in Mexico City, which I remember with great affection. There I studied Educational Psychology and graduated in 2008.

I jumped into the world of Recruitment and HR by mere chance, because I wanted to dedicate myself to clinical psychology in my private practice, and long story short, I was recruited to fill a recruitment vacancy. From then on I didn’t let go of HR, except for a translation project.

I am very proud of my professional career, which has been a little bit of everything. They would say in Mexico: experience of “chili, sweet and butter”. (a little bit of every flavour).

In some way, in my early days of work I was educated by my Japanese leaders to whom I owe a lot. I learned first-hand what discipline is and doing things well and very meticulously from the first time. Without errors if possible.

Even something as simple as stapling pages had to be done correctly and with great care. They taught me to staple straight, but also to learn on my own and to deliver on time with the expected results.

A mistake in that job was expensive and being in the comfort zone was not an option: I had to literally go into polluted rivers in Mexico and translate into the rivers with black water up to my chest. The Mexican team told me that it was not a job for quitters.

I carried that attitude to the other places where I worked, I have never been afraid of work. it is something natural for me and if there are new challenges or things I don’t know how to do, I remember my beginnings and say “it will be done, let’s see how, I don’t know how but it will be done.”
